Channing Nicole Larry, known as Enchanting, was an emerging rapper and singer hailing from Fort Worth, Texas.
Known for her distinctive voice and versatile musical style that seamlessly blends elements of hip-hop, R&B, and trap, she quickly made a name for herself in the music industry.
But now, it’s been confirmed that Channing has passed away aged just 26.

Growing up in Fort Worth, Channing was influenced by a diverse range of artists and musical genres, which was evident in her eclectic sound.

The real breakthrough for Channing came with the release of several tracks that showcased her unique blend of melodic rap and singing.
Her talent and distinctive style caught the attention of 1017 Records, a label founded by the prominent rapper Gucci Mane.
Signing with 1017 Records marked a significant milestone in her career, providing her with greater visibility and more opportunities to collaborate with established artists.
Her music career garnered significant attention, with her YouTube page generating four million views and about 660,000 monthly streams on Spotify.
She appeared on the 2020 mixtape ‘Gucci Mane Presents: So Icy Summer’ and was also a content creator on OF, where she had over 25,000 likes.
In a profile by the Dallas Observer in 2023, she recalled her musical beginnings in the church choir and being a cheerleader in high school.
Post-graduation, she worked in hair and nails before pursuing a career in hip-hop.
Reflecting on her musical path, Channing said: “I feel like music was always something that was easy for me. I felt like I was musically inclined, always. It was something that I thought should probably put more time and effort into, because it was natural, you know, instead of trying to force a talent.”
