Prince Harry And Meghan Markle’s New Netflix Deal Delivers Another Embarrassing Blow

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s company, Archewell Productions, has a deal with Netflix that is set to expire in September, but one month prior to the expiration, the couple has already agreed to a new deal with Netflix.

Page Six reports that the embarrassing part is that the new contract is reportedly less than the previous $100 million contract, but it is currently not known exactly how much less.

Regardless, the couple’s projects will continue to be released on Netflix. Markle’s series, “With Love, Meghan,” has been renewed for a second season. In fact, the second season has already been filmed, and it will be released sometime at the end of August.

In addition to the series, Markle will also release a holiday special called “With Love, Meghan: Holiday Celebration.” This is a special episode of the series that will be released in December, and it will feature “holiday wonder with warmth, tradition, and a generous dose of joy.”

Markle and Harry are also working together on a documentary that will be released later this year. It’s called “Masaka Kids, A Rhythm Within,” and it is about kids in an orphanage in Uganda. It sounds pretty inspirational. It’s about how the children “transform hardship into joy, dancing their way toward healing, belonging, and the promise of a brighter future.”

Another project that’s in the works is an adaptation of Carley Fortune’s book, “Meet Me at the Lake.”

In a statement, Markle shared that she and her husband are “proud” of this new Netflix deal. She said, “My husband and I feel inspired by our partners who work closely with us and our Archewell Productions team to create thoughtful content across genres that resonates globally, and celebrates our shared vision.”

So if Harry and Meghan aren’t embarrassed by the new Netlfix deal, at least not admittedly, who might be embarrassed? How about the royal family who would probably prefer that they were out of the spotlight instead of having the spotlight shine directly on them and featuring projects that they are passionate about.
