Donald Trump suggests some names in Epstein files could be unjustly included

Donald Trump Speaks at the White House About the Epstein Files

Donald Trump recently shared his view that not everyone mentioned in the Jeffrey Epstein files may be deserving of the attention or implications associated with these documents.

Addressing the media from the White House, President Trump responded to a question about the release of Epstein-related files.

A journalist inquired, “The DOJ is sending some of the Epstein files over to the House Oversight Committee. Are you in support of them releasing them?”

Trump answered, expressing his concerns: “I support transparency, but innocent people shouldn’t be affected. You must remember, Jeffrey Epstein was well-acquainted with many people in Palm Beach, and not all deserve to be mentioned in the files based on that alone.”

He further commented, “I’ve advised Pam and others to provide whatever information they can since the entire narrative around Epstein is, in my view, a fabrication propagated by the Democrats.”

In the past weeks, there has been an increase in demands for the Trump administration to release the so-called Epstein files, which some theorize include a ‘client list’ comprising affluent and influential individuals.

Earlier this year, Attorney General Pam Bondi mentioned that the files were awaiting release. However, the Department of Justice clarified that they would not be publicizing any more materials from the case and denied that a ‘client list’ exists.

Despite this, the Trump administration reversed its earlier stance, announcing that all relevant FBI files, including grand jury testimonies, would be disclosed.

President Trump stood by his belief regarding the contents of these files: “This alleged scandal has been blown out of proportion. Those files were overseen by unreliable figures like James Comey, Merrick Garland, and Joe Biden. They’d have surfaced during the election campaigns if they held anything substantial.”

The news conference also served to announce that the World Cup draw would be hosted at the Kennedy Center next year.

This World Cup is unique, as it will be jointly hosted by Canada, Mexico, and the US in 2026, marking a significant event with multiple international participants.

Although Washington is a major location, it was not chosen as one of the host cities for the tournament itself.

According to reports, the choice of the Kennedy Center indicates the capital’s involvement in the event, with the draw scheduled as a key highlight for the 48 nations participating.

Trump’s rapport with FIFA’s leader, Gianni Infantino, was noted, and itโ€™s anticipated that the event could boost the US economy by $30 billion, drawing a massive audience across North America.
