Former White House Doctor Questions Trump’s Health Report

For quite some time now, the state of President Donald Trump’s health has been a topic of much discussion. Last October, the 79-year-old president made a visit to the Walter Reed Military Medical Center for an MRI. Dr. Sean Barbabella, the presidentโ€™s physician, assured everyone that Trump is in excellent health. Nevertheless, some remain skeptical. One such skeptic is former White House doctor Jeffrey Kuhlman, who openly questions the claims made about Trump’s well-being.

Many eyebrows were raised when news broke that Donald Trump had visited the Walter Reed Medical Center for an MRI scan last month.

On October 10, Dr. Barbabella issued a statement regarding Trump’s care, noting the president had undergone โ€œadvanced imaging, laboratory testing, and preventive health assessments.โ€ Dr. Barbabella also highlighted that Trumpโ€™s lab results were outstanding across several parameters, such as metabolic, hematologic, and cardiac health. Additionally, the president received his annual flu shot and an updated COVID-19 vaccination.

Dr. Barbabella’s report further praised Trump’s outstanding health, stating his cardiovascular health was calculated to be 14 years younger than his actual age, based on ECG results.

On a flight to Japan aboard Air Force One, President Trump spoke with reporters about his health exam.

Updates on Trump’s Health

โ€œI provided you with the complete results,โ€ Trump stated, referencing the MRI and other examinations. โ€œEverything was perfect.โ€

Trump continued, โ€œDoctors have never seen such remarkable reports for someone my age. If the results werenโ€™t favorable, I would be transparent about it. I wouldnโ€™t pursue running otherwise.โ€

As one of the eldest in US history to hold the presidency, Trump’s visit to the medical center sparked curiosity, particularly since he didn’t specify the motive for the MRI. These scans use magnetic fields to generate images that can diagnose numerous conditions.

Yet, even as Trump and the White House downplayed the visit, suggesting it was routine, not everyone is convinced.

Former White House physician Jeffrey Kuhlman, who served during the presidencies of Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Obama, shared insights with The Hill regarding Trump’s recent medical check at Walter Reed.

Former White House Doctor Raises Concerns

Dr. Kuhlman raised alarms, suggesting potential concealment. He pointed out that any necessary exams could be expedited at the White House โ€“ typically within 15 minutes โ€“ questioning the need for Trump’s extended trip.

โ€œThe helicopter ride to Walter Reed is just eight minutes long from the South Lawn. This suggests he had a substantial four-hour window for medical care,โ€ Kuhlman explained to The Hill. โ€œThe timeline discrepancy is concerning.โ€
