Lindsie Chrisley is facing a new legal issue after being arrested in Georgia over the weekend.

According to jail records obtained by TMZ, the former “Chrisley Knows Best” star was arrested Saturday night on suspicion of DUI. She was booked into jail before later bonding out early Sunday morning.

Lindsie addressed the incident in a statement to TMZ, claiming she was pulled over after speeding past another vehicle on a two-lane road.

“I got pulled over speeding past a car on a two lane road because they almost hit an animal and I was trying to miss hitting them and whatever the animal was,” she said. Lindsie also noted that she plans to fight the charge.

The arrest comes amid ongoing drama surrounding her split from ex-boyfriend David Landsman. As previously reported, the former couple recently agreed to a mutual no-contact order requiring both parties to stay 500 yards away from one another, as well as each other’s homes and workplaces, through May 2027.

The agreement also resolved a dispute over the couple’s dachshund, Oliver, who was ultimately returned to Lindsie.

Their breakup became increasingly contentious after both sides accused the other of violence during an alleged April altercation. David previously claimed Lindsie punched him during an argument, while Lindsie alleged David attacked her and attempted to strangle her. David was later arrested on an aggravated assault-strangulation charge connected to the incident.

Lindsie rose to fame on the USA Network reality series Chrisley Knows Best, which followed the lives of real estate mogul Todd Chrisley and his family. She is Todd Chrisley’s eldest daughter and appeared on the show during its early seasons before stepping away amid family tensions. In recent years, she has built a career as a podcast host and social media personality.
