Queen Elizabeth II’s terrible illness. She knew her days were numbered but didn’t want Prince Harry to know.

Queen Elizabeth II’s terrible illness. Prince Harry didn’t learn the details until the last minute. The late sovereign knew she would not live much longer.

She could not fight the severe medical condition she was diagnosed with forever. At best, the drugs would extend her life by two or three years.

A royal author, a friend of the late Queen Elizabeth II’s life partner, has made dramatic revelations.

Gyles Brandreth, by name, is said to have received permission from members of the British Royal Household to talk in one of his books about the medical condition that brought about the London sovereign’s demise.

According to international press reports, the British Royal Family was aware of the Crown Prince’s medical condition. Queen Elizabeth II was suffering from a form of bone marrow cancer.

This was often characterized by bone pain, hence the “mobility problems” cited in the last year of her life.

Author Gyles Brandreth recounts in his book that Queen Elizabeth II had already come to terms with the fact that she was about to die. At best, she could undergo treatments that would extend her life by two or three years. But there was no medical procedure that could save her.

“We heard that the Queen had a form of myeloma – bone marrow cancer – which would explain the fatigue and weight loss and those ‘mobility problems’ we’ve often been told about over the past year.

The most common symptom of myeloma is bone pain. Particularly in the pelvis and lower back. Multiple myeloma is a disease that often affects older people.

There is currently no known cure. But the treatment, including drugs that help regulate the immune system and help prevent the weakening of the bones, can reduce the severity of symptoms.

It can prolong the patient’s survival by several months or two to three years,” noted royal author Gyles Brandreth in his book.

According to the Daily Mail, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle did not know about the health difficulties the Queen was facing. This would have been the sovereign’s wish. The late monarch wanted the Royal Family to be in control of this detail and to make it public at the right time, in an appropriate way.

So the late Queen Elizabeth II would have given her approval for the detail to be made public in author Gyles Brandreth’s book. All so that the information wouldn’t appear first in Prince Harry’s biography, Spare.

“Someone sent me a message today suggesting that Gyles (Brandreth – ed.) has received permission from the royal family to note this detail (the Queen’s illness – ed.) in his book. This was to ensure it wasn’t breaking news if Harry included it in Spare. Which, in my view, was very clever.

I think that’s what happened because the royal family wanted to control how this information was released,” claimed Kinsey Schofield, founder and creator of the To Di For Daily podcast.
