A devastating diagnosis for the singer was announced by Celine Dion’s sister.

Celine Dion recently disclosed that she has had a very challenging diagnosis that has prevented her from performing.

However, prior to the celebrity’s devastating news in the video below, her sister, Claudette, thought there was another factor contributing to her poor health.

She told Showbizz.net in October that she anticipated Celine will return to the stage shortly and asked fans not to worry too much.

Before Celine was forced to completely stop her tour and performances, Claudette had this to say: “First off, I always say that if Celine wasn’t feeling well, we would hear about it. She would have to tell us, otherwise.

“Secondly, she would have canceled her gigs rather than postponed them. These were recently postponed. She has heard me say, “Calm down, you’re just going through menopause.”

She said, “I’ve seen her myself with her little leg all twisted, so it’s true that she does experience muscle spasms. Many people who have worked with Celine and know her well frequently ask me if the famous stage slope at Caesars Palace would have injured Celine’s nerves or pelvic muscles.

“She is being taken care of, she’s having plenty of massages, she’s making the most of it and being pampered,” Claudette continued. It’s going to be chaotic when she returns to the stage because, from what I’ve heard, rehearsals are over.

Unfortunately, this is no longer the case, as the My Heart Will Go On hitmaker posted an emotional video after more than a year of health issues and muscle spasms.

The singer continued with a sincere, depressing explanation of her diagnosis and the effects her sickness has had on her.

She added, “I’ve had health issues for a long time, and it’s been incredibly hard for me to face these difficulties and to talk about what I’ve been through…

I hate to break the news to you, but I won’t be prepared to resume my European tour in February.

“Celine Dion reschedules Spring 2023 gigs to 2024, and cancels eight of her summer 2023 shows,” the note that accompanied the video said.
