OnlyFans, a platform widely known for its adult content, has been the stage for many creators seeking to outdo each other. The latest headline comes from Australia, where a creator’s bold endeavor led to a trip to the hospital.

Annie Knight, an Australian OnlyFans creator, recently made waves for attempting a controversial stunt – having intimate relations with over 500 men in just six hours. This eye-popping feat, requiring less than a minute per man, ended with Annie seeking medical attention due to excessive bleeding.
“I felt great, empowered, and happy,” Annie shared after the challenge. However, her condition required hospitalization, primarily because she experiences endometriosis. This painful condition results in tissue growing outside the uterus and could have contributed to her symptoms.
Despite the physical toll, Annie felt no regrets and even shared her hospital experience on social media with a touch of humor. Her post read, “Being hospitalized after taking 583 in a day was not on my 2025 bingo card.”
She had a personal motive for her attempt. Out of 2000 applicants, she organized the successful event by booking a venue, scheduling appointments, and dividing the participants into groups. Concerned about privacy, she provided pink balaclavas and ensured the use of protection. The cost of this event soared to $10,000.
“Doing 583 in a day is quite a lot,” Annie mentioned while preparing for the event, noting it greatly surpassed her previous record of 24. She allowed herself short 15-minute breaks every hour but acknowledged the challenges some participants faced in performing.
The unusual endeavor drew mixed reactions. Annie’s fiancé fully supports her career, yet many critics labeled it “disturbing” and “degrading.” Unfazed by negativity, Annie stated, “I don’t really care. I did it because I wanted to, and I have no regrets. They can keep on hating.”
Annie defended the participating men, expressing frustration over the criticism they received. “They just want to have their needs met, and I’m providing a service for free,” she said.
Despite the challenges, Annie remains undeterred and plans to organize similar events in the future with her fiancé’s blessing. What are your thoughts on Annie’s attempt? Join the conversation on our Facebook page.
