Axl Rose’s family made the sad announcement

Rocker Axl Rose of Guns N’ Roses is making progress after having to postpone a recent performance in Scotland due to an undisclosed medical ailment.

Rose, 60, apologized for canceling the event in Glasgow on Tuesday night and thanked the fans for their words of support in a statement posted to Twitter on Thursday.

According to him, he has been doing fine as long as he follows his doctor’s advice and will go ahead with Friday’s performance as scheduled in Munich, Germany.

I’ve been receiving rest, working with a vocal coach, and resolving [our] sound issues, as per the doctor’s directions, he wrote. “So far, so good,”

He went on: “Once again, I appreciate your care. At the end of the day, I, the band, and the crew [are] focused on delivering you, the fans, the best of [ou]rselves n’ the finest experience we can provide u. Hello from Munich!”

The Glasgow concert was postponed by Guns N’ Roses on Monday night “due to illness and medical advice.”

The announcement read, “Unfortunately, GN’R will not be able to play in Glasgow owing to illness and medical advise.” “Please hold onto your tickets and wait for another update as we work on rescheduling alternatives for this performance. We value your patience and understanding.”

Rose informed the London audience on Sunday night that he had recently visited the doctor and as a result would be changing some of the setlists, even if the reason for the canceled performance is still unknown.

“I, therefore, visited the doctor and did other things. To be sure, I spent the previous night here “In a video posted to Twitter, he claimed. “I’ll thus vary my vocal delivery a little bit throughout the songs. I hope it’s okay with you. We would like to proceed further.”

The setback happened after Carrie Underwood joined the band for two unexpected performances on Friday and Saturday nights in London.

The country singer performed “Sweet Child O’ Mine” before reuniting with the group to finish the performance with “Paradise City.”
