Ben Affleck bought a new house on his own. Per reports by TMZ, the actor closed escrow on a $20.5 million oceanside mansion in Pacific Palisades.
This new estate features five bedrooms and six powder rooms. There is even a guest house on the property.
Previously, Ben was renting out a $100,000 monthly rental located close to ex-wife Jen Garner in Brentwood. Lopez remained in their marital mansion.
There have been several signs that Affleck and Lopez are headed for a divorce. Last month the couple put their marital mansion on the market for $68 million. They bought the mansion in May of 2023.
Their listed mansion is 43,000 square feet. The huge home contains 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and parking for about 80 vehicles. Also, there is an indoor sports complex, sports bar, swimming pool, and plenty of room to explore.
Recently, they were living apart in their separate residences, for their second wedding anniversary.
The press reported about the couple’s marital issues around May because the couple had not been spotted together for about 2 months.
Currently, Lopez is away in New York City. She recently hosted a 55th birthday party for herself in the Hamptons. This comes only a few weeks after her solo trip to Europe.
During this time apart, Jennifer and Ben are spending time with their own children and separate family units. Ben Affleck has three kids with ex-wife Jennifer Garner. Jennifer Lopez shares twins with her ex-husband Marc Anthony.
