Cameras catch Blue Ivy annoyed with mom Beyoncé. ‘Still just her mom’

By all accounts, Beyoncé Knowles-Carter is the number one pop star in the world, at least according to Billboard.

But when she’s not creating art for her fans, Beyoncé is a mom of three. She and her husband, rapper Jay-Z, share 12-year-old Blue Ivy and 7-year-old twins Rumi and Sir Carter.

Earlier this week, Beyoncé and Blue Ivy sat down to talk with Disney about the movie they are both involved in “Mufasa: The Lion King.”

Beyoncé is the voice of Nala and Blue Ivy is the voice of Kiara.

“I’m so proud of you and I can’t believe how big and grown you are,” Beyoncé told Blue Ivy. “And I’m proud that she’s gonna represent so many young brown girls around the world. Nobody is prouder than mommy.”

That’s when Blue Ivy looked at her mom like many tween girls have done in the past.

Beyoncé continued, “What did you do today? I just did the voice over for Kiara on ‘The Lion King,’ now let’s go do our playdate.”

To which, Blue Ivy mouth, “Oh my gosh.”

The clip captured the attention of many of Beyoncé fans.

“The way she mouth ‘Oh my (gosh)’!!! It’s actually SO FUNNY to me that Blue Ivy things Beyoncé-the greatest pop star of the 21st century-is cringe, because the the end of the day, Bey is still just her mom LOLLLL,” one fans wrote on Thread.

“No because why would you call me hanging out with my friends a PLAYDATE MOMMMMMMM!!! STOPPP,” another fan joked.

In the interview, Beyoncé was a noticeably proud mom, getting teary-eyed in the recording booth watching Blue Ivy read her lines.

“Give me a second cause I’m still just I can’t believe that’s my baby,” Beyoncé said as she wiped away a tear.

“Oh, that’s so amazing,” she said admitting it was hard to focus on reading her own lines seeing one of Blue’s dreams come true.
