A lot of marriages end in divorce, but it seems especially difficult for celebrities to have long lasting marriages. Will Swift and Kelce’s marriage actually survive the test of time? Only time will tell, but for now, we can kind of predict the future with the help of divorce lawyer James Sexton.

Y! Entertainment reports that on the Stiff Socks Podcast, Sexton was asked his thoughts on Swift and Kelce’s marriage and how long he thinks it will last.

He answered honestly, and his answer might surprise you.

First of all, he considered their careers. Swift is a musician, and Kelce is an athlete. He thinks that if Kelce were the musician of the couple, their chances would be worse since male musicians are more likely to cheat while on tour than female musicians.

He also considered the pair as a couple. They actually seem like they’re really in love, so that bodes well for their future, but they’re still very early in their marriage, so it’s impossible to know exactly what will happen over time.

Sexton explained, “Celebrities marrying celebrities, it’s always tricky.” But as far as celebrity marriages go, he thinks they actually have a good chance of staying married for a very long time.
