Elijah Blue Allman is facing new legal trouble.
The 49-year-old son of Cher and the late Gregg Allman was arrested on Feb. 27 in Concord, New Hampshire, following an alleged disturbance at St. Paul’s School, according to multiple reports. Police responded to the campus after receiving a complaint about an unwanted individual who was reportedly behaving belligerently, the Concord Police Department said, per E! News. Authorities later identified the individual as Allman.

He was charged with criminal trespass, criminal threatening, disorderly conduct and two counts of simple assault. After being processed, Allman was released on personal recognizance and is expected to appear in court at a later date.

E!News reported that it reached out to representatives for Cher as well as the Concord Police Department for comment but did not immediately receive a response.
The arrest comes months after another incident involving the Deadsy frontman. In June, authorities in Landers, California, responded to reports of a man acting erratically at a residence. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department said at the time that deputies found Allman being evaluated by emergency medical personnel and located drugs inside the home. He was transported to a hospital, and the investigation remained ongoing.
Shortly after that incident, Allman’s estranged wife, Marieangela King, whom he married in 2013, publicly voiced her support for him.
“While it is true that Elijah has faced personal challenges in the past, one constant has been his unwavering commitment to sobriety and his loyalty to those he loves,” she said in a statement to People. “Like many, he continues to confront his inner struggles—but it is important to recognize that he does so from a place of strength, not defeat.”
“I want to state, without hesitation, that I will always root for him,” Marieangela—who filed for divorce in April—continued. “My support is steadfast and comes from a place of deep respect for the person he is and the resilience he continues to show.”
