Today Show Host Savannah Guthrie’s 84-Year-Old Mother Goes Missing

President Donald Trump has shared his thoughts on the troubling disappearance of Savannah Guthrie’s mother, Nancy, calling the situation ‘terrible’ and one of deep concern.
Nancy Guthrie, aged 84, was reported missing after her last sighting at her Catalina Foothills home on January 31 between 9:30 and 9:45 p.m. Authorities have expressed serious concerns that this is not a typical missing person case. Pima County Sheriff Namos revealed that evidence suggests Nancy might have been kidnapped, as blood was found at her home.
“Our investigations indicate she was taken against her will, likely in the middle of the night,” Sheriff Namos explained to reporters.
He added: “Nancy, who is 84, went to bed Saturday night and by Sunday morning was nowhere to be found. We believe she didn’t leave her home voluntarily.”
The sheriff also mentioned that Nancy has limited mobility, making it unlikely that she could have left on her own accord.

During a press briefing on Tuesday, President Trump addressed the situation, expressing his support for the Guthrie family during this distressing time.
“It’s Truly Terrible,” Trump Expressed
“I plan to give her a call later,” Trump stated. “It’s a horrible situation. I’ve always had a good rapport with Savannah. It’s unusual, but we’re committed to solving it…”
In his remarks, President Trump reiterated his commitment by offering federal resources to support Arizona law enforcement in their efforts to safely return Nancy home.
Sheriff Namos has made a plea to the public for any leads on Nancy’s whereabouts, stressing the urgency due to her health conditions.

“Nancy is an elderly woman with medical issues, requiring medication that is life-critical if not administered within 24 hours,” stated Namos.
The White House, using social media, has also called upon the public to come forward with any useful information.
“The search for Savannah Guthrie’s mother, Nancy Guthrie, continues, and we ask the public for their help,” the White House shared. “If you have any details, please contact 911 immediately.”
“We are keeping the Guthrie family in our thoughts and prayers, hoping for Nancy’s safe return.”
