Influencer Claims to Be Mother of Elon Musk’s Thirteenth Child

Elon Musk, the innovative mind behind SpaceX and Tesla, has become embroiled in a legal battle with a woman who claims to be the mother of his thirteenth child.

Earlier this year, Ashley St. Clair turned to social media to announce a surprising declaration, stating that she and Musk have a child together.

In her post, she shared: “Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father.

“I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause.

“I intend to allow our child to grow in a normal and safe environment. For that reason, I ask that the media honor our child’s privacy, and refrain from invasive reporting.”

Following her public announcement, St. Clair has initiated a lawsuit against Musk, seeking sole custody of the child she alleges to share with the billionaire.

Moreover, she has submitted a paternity petition, which is a legal request to determine the child’s paternity.

St. Clair, who is 26 years old, claims that she and 53-year-old Musk began a romantic relationship in May of 2023, culminating in January of last year.

Before this, Musk had been in a relationship with the musician Grimes, with whom he shares three children. Their relationship ended in 2022.

Initially, Musk appeared to disregard the legal actions. However, he has recently taken steps by appointing his own legal representation.

His legal team has successfully requested to have the ongoing case with St. Clair sealed.

This means that previously accessible documents are no longer available to the public, according to Mail Online.

Before the seal, information surfaced that Musk reportedly had only seen St. Clair’s son three times since his birth, initially meeting him in September of the prior year.

Musk was not present during the child’s birth, as noted in the court files.

This lawsuit adds to the ongoing issues Musk faces, exemplified by tensions with his former partner Grimes. She criticized him for bringing their son, X AE A-XII, to public events.

In one notable incident, the young boy joined Musk during a visit to the White House, an occasion that saw him appear on television alongside his famous father.

Grimes expressed her discontent: “He should not be in public like this,” referring to Musk and their child’s participation in the high-profile event.

Additionally, she has accused Musk of neglecting her during a ‘medical crisis’ experienced by their son.
