This decision follows shortly after Sylvester was seen to have changed a tattoo of Jennifer on his arm. Originally, the tattoo featured his wife alongside flowers and a tiger, but it was recently covered with an image of Butkus, the beloved bullmastiff from the Rocky films. A representative explained to The Daily Mail that Sylvester had aimed to update the tattoo of his wife, but things didn’t turn out as planned, and it couldn’t be restored. They assured that Sylvester loves his family dearly, adding that the family is working on a reality show set to appear on Paramount+.
In the midst of these developments, Sylvester made a statement through his representative, expressing his feelings on the situation. He mentioned, “I love my family. We are amicably and privately addressing these personal issues.”
The legal proceedings include Flavin seeking exclusive use of their Palm Beach home until the divorce process is complete. On top of that, there are allegations from Flavin that Sylvester might be concealing marital assets.
Signs of discord seemed to appear before the divorce news grabbed headlines. Flavin shared a heartfelt photo on social media featuring herself alongside their three daughters — Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet. Her caption read, “These girls are my priority. Nothing else matters. The 4 of us forever.”
Her daughters were quick to show their support in the comments. Scarlet left a heart emoji, while Sophia praised, “You are our rock, cheerleader, and most incredible mom. We are so lucky to have you. Love you so much.” Sistine affectionately remarked, “Strongest woman I know.”
Despite the current situation, just a few months ago, in May, the couple was celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary. They both shared messages of appreciation on social media. Sylvester had shared, “Happy 25th anniversary to my amazing wife. There [are] not enough words to describe what this incredibly selfless dedicated, patient woman has meant to our lives and I only wish they could be another 25! Thank you, sweetheart!”
Meanwhile, Flavin wrote about their marriage continuing to improve every year, looking forward to the future they would share. However, that post has since been removed.
