LeAnn Rimes’ excruciating medical condition, which made her wish to hide

LeAnn Rimes was just 11 when she signed her first record deal, but the artist confessed that she had terrible red patches covering 80% of her body when she was just six years old.

The singer was diagnosed with the skin illness psoriasis when she was just two years old.

The problem worsened until her body was almost covered, prompting her to try various therapies, including steroid creams and medication.

“My entire stomach would be coated in thick scales that caused me pain and caused me to bleed. In a previous essay she had written for Glamour, LeAnn described how she had “felt like I needed to hide for so much of my existence.”

LeAnn, who is now 40 years old, was able to get her condition under control up until the year 2020, when the strain of dealing with the pandemic prompted a flare up.

She stated, “Stress is a typical trigger for psoriasis, and with so much uncertainty happening, my flare-ups came right back.” “My flare-ups came right back,” she said.

LeAnn explained why she now felt comfortable showing her condition by posing in a series of nude images that were published alongside the article.

The singer is not shy about showing off her body, and in November, she stunned fans with her phenomenal physique while on vacation in Hawaii with her husband Eddie Cibrian. She flaunted her gym-honed figure in a leopard print bikini while posing on the sun-drenched beach, and fans were blown away by her incredible body.

LeAnn revealed to Us Weekly how she stays in shape by saying, “I take a jump rope with me everywhere I go so that it’s easy to do and it’s easy to perform bodyweight workouts in my dressing room.”

“My commitment to working out is unwavering. I don’t just scribble around. People are holding conversations on their mobile devices when I’m at the gym. If individuals believe that their bodies are going to transform, then they need to put in the work.
