This week, Jocelyn Wildenstein, 82, who is commonly known as Catwoman due to her feline appearance took to social media to publish a photo from her teenage years. In the picture, she can hardly be recognized as the same person she was back then.
The photograph in black and white depicts Jocelyn getting ready for her ballet class. She has very delicate features, including an elfin nose, and she appears to be very striking.
The photo was initially accompanied by the following caption from the Swiss socialite: “#tbt that’s me #jocelynwildenstein at dance courses in Switzerland at 15 years old – so maybe you should stop speculating about my image! Stop the car! Please stop editing my pics, and do it immediately, because you have it completely wrong.
“Stop sharing photographs of me that aren’t real. “Very soon, you will be able to witness the actual image of me on film,” she said, referring to her ambitions to create a documentary series on her life, a show she first mentioned in 2021.
After some time, Jocelyn changed the post’s title to say, “Me getting ready for my ballet classes in Switzerland at 15 years old.” She then disabled the ability for users to leave comments on the photo.
The 82-year-old woman only occasionally uses social media, such as when she logs onto her Instagram account once every few months to post throwback photos and photos of herself with supermodels like Bella Hadid and Kate Moss.
On the photos, Jocelyn’s supporters have written notes of encouragement and agreement that the media publishes altered images of the celebrity, including the following: “She looks nothing like the pics they depict of her on the internet. Her pictures on this page are quite pretty.”
Many of Jocelyn’s followers, in addition, commented on her resemblance to Madonna by saying things like “You look like Madonna” while using the heart-eye emoticon.
