While capturing images of people boarding and deboarding planes at the airfield, Gallagher, 37, accidentally stepped back into the path of an active propeller.
The incident, which took place on a Saturday afternoon, left her in critical condition, and despite efforts to save her, she succumbed to her injuries shortly after being rushed to a local hospital.
