Within the past year Chase Chrisley has had a rollercoaster ride of ups and downs. First, in October, the reality TV star from the show “Chrisley Knows Best” got engaged to his girlfriend of three years, Emmy Medders. He proposed at First Horizon Baseball Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee, and the couple shared that they were thinking about getting married in Charleston, South Carolina.
Three months later, in January 2023, Chase’s parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, started serving their prison sentences after a federal jury in Atlanta, Georgia, found the couple guilty of fraud, tax evasion and conspiracy to defraud the United States. Todd is serving a 12-year prison sentence while Julie is serving 7 years behind bars.
We can imagine that planning a wedding can be complicated with your parents locked up, but now the wedding plans are coming to a complete halt. After a 9 month engagement, Chase and Emmy have officially announced that their relationship is over.

In a statement shared to his Instagram stories, Chase explained, “Everybody has been asking a lot of questions regarding Emmy and myself. We both and agreed to part ways and move on with our lives separately. Thank you for respecting our privacy.”
It appears that the former couple has also tried to erase each other from their personal Instagram accounts. Posts about their engagement and any pictures of them together have been removed.
According to Chase’s representative, Adam Ambrose, the couple decided to end their relationship simply because things weren’t working out between them and they mutually decided to move on. So far, no other details have been publicly disclosed.
Meanwhile, Chase’s sister Savannah Chrisley has has taken custody of her younger brother Grayson and her cousin Chloe since her parents are in jail.
