Just a few days prior, Lisa Marie Presley was captured in a photo at the Golden Globes, when the late diva appeared to be speaking slowly and with slurred speech.
Only a few days after being interviewed and appearing at the 2023 Golden Globes ceremony in support of the 2022 biopic Elvis, Lisa Marie Presley passed away at the age of 54 from a heart arrest. The sole kid of Elvis spoke to a US publication while sounding as though she were stumbling over her words.
Billy Bush, the host of Extra, spoke with Lisa and her friend Jerry Schilling when they were on the red carpet.
I’m going to grasp your arm, Lisa remarked as she turned to her pal for comfort in the video.
When responding to inquiries about the Elvis performer Austin Butler, she gave the impression that she was speaking slowly and slurring her words.
The interviewee, who was standing next to longtime buddy Jerry, an Elvis talent manager, anticipated “a spectacular night for Elvis” at the start of the conversation.
She declared that she adored Austin and was “mind-blown” by his performance in the movie, for which he won the Best Actor award.
I needed five days to comprehend [his performance], according to Lisa. It was so accurate and real.
He mimicked the “characteristics [and] the talking without doing it in a cartoonish fashion like it’s been done in the past,” according to Lisa.
It’s sort of done in a humorous, joking way, like [Elvis] spoke, but Austin actually got it and did it properly without making it comical, the speaker said.
Lisa informed her subject that Austin was proceeding down the entrance as the interview came to an end.
In response to a report of a woman in full cardiac arrest, LA County paramedics were dispatched to the Calabasas residence at 10.37 am (6.37 pm GMT), according to Craig Little, a spokesman for the county’s fire department.
According to the spokeswoman, paramedics showed up about six minutes later.
The patient had “signs of life,” according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department after paramedics performed CPR on them.
In a statement at the time, her mother, Priscilla Presley, confirmed that her daughter had been taken urgently to the hospital.
The message said, “My cherished Lisa Marie was taken to the hospital. She’s currently getting the best treatment. Please remember to pray for her and our family.
We acknowledge the prayers from all across the world and request your privacy at this time. Presley, Priscilla
