TikTok creator Anna Grace Phelan has passed away at the age of 19, less than a year after being diagnosed with brain cancer.
According to her obituary from Evans Funeral Home in Jefferson, Georgia, Anna Grace Phelan, 19, passed away on Friday, May 23, 2025.

Born on October 12, 2005, in Orlando, Florida, she was the daughter of William Harper Phelan III and Nadine Elizabeth Turner Phelan. A 2024 graduate of Jefferson High School, Anna worked as a receptionist at Georgia Skin Cancer and Aesthetic Dermatology.

She was an active member of Galilee Christian Church, where she took part in church camp, Northeast Georgia Camp, and various youth group activities.
In a TikTok video, Anna Grace Phelan revealed that her first symptoms included numbness on one side of her face and in one leg. An MRI later revealed a lesion on her brain, and a biopsy confirmed it was cancer. In a September 2024 video, she called the diagnosis “the hardest news I’ve ever received,” adding, “By all means, this is not easy. Just going to trust in the Lord and try and keep pushing forward.”
According to her GoFundMe page, just days before Anna Phelan was set to begin her freshman year of college, she was diagnosed with an inoperable Grade 4 malignant brain tumor.
Throughout her journey, Phelan kept her followers updated, sharing moments from her radiation treatment and discussing worsening symptoms like dizziness and trouble breathing. Her final videos showed her surrounded by loved ones, including a backyard gathering with friends on May 15.
In a heartfelt post just a day earlier, she shared that her brain tumor had grown and was no longer operable. She also expressed deep gratitude to her nearly 140,000 TikTok followers for their ongoing support.
