News, a source close to Kim disclosed to the publication that “both Kim and Tom have friends and business partners in common,” but Tom’s spokespeople maintain they are not dating.
The source reiterated those thoughts, saying, “Kim is very focused on her kids, her businesses, law school, and preparing for American Horror Story, which starts production next month.”As previously reported, Tom was linked to Reese Witherspoon in April, shortly after she announced and filed for divorce from her husband of over 13 years, Jim Toth.

According to court documents acquired by People, Witherspoon cited “irreconcilable differences” as the cause for their divorce. The paperwork also revealed that the couple already had a pre-nuptial agreement in place.In addition, Witherspoon requested shared custody of their 10-year-old son, Tennessee James.
