According to TMZ, Smith posted a picture from the Wednesday night crash in Nashville on Instagram. Smith claims to have been driving a completely wrecked Vehicle. She claims that a semi-truck struck the car after running a red light.
Smith published images of her wounds. The right half of her face appeared to be completely swelled and bruised. She claims that her car repeatedly swerved. She adds that she is currently having difficulty walking. It’s yet unknown if the semi-driver truck was hurt. Smith’s passengers appear to have only sustained minor wounds.
Smith and Wallen were previously engaged. They are parents to a kid named Indigo who is two years old. Yet, there hasn’t been any romantic chemistry between them in a while.
