This is the most interesting tale I’ve recently heard.
A five-year-old fan named Gracie, who is presently fighting leukemia, was recently flown by Morgan Wallen to attend his first headlining stadium performance at Globe Life Field in Texas on October 8.
You can only imagine how delighted she was to go see him play and meet him in person at such a milestone show in his career as she is a tremendous admirer and recently held a birthday party with a Morgan Wallen theme.
In the past 24 hours or so since it was posted, her mom just uploaded the adorable TikTok video of Gracie and her family hanging out with him backstage.
In fact, the origin story is very interesting because Brevin—the person Gracie’s mother refers to in the video—was the one to initially tell Morgan about Gracie.
He is a fan that Morgan got to know back in July after learning that Brevin had been going through some difficult situations at home and at school.
Brevin reportedly requested that Morgan meet Gracie when Morgan asked him what he wanted for his birthday. Brevin had reportedly seen Gracie on TikTok and knew how much she adored Morgan.
I mean, just that will make your heart melt.
When you see how happy little Gracie is when Morgan enters the room, it’s really a touching moment for a young child and her family who have undoubtedly been to Hell and back dealing with her illness. Morgan and his staff carried out Brevin’s request.
When Gracie first meets Morgan, she naturally beams broadly and rushes over to give him a bear hug.
He introduced himself to Gracie’s parents as well (as if they didn’t already know who he was), told them he admired their daughter’s dress, and enquired as to her age.
