Doctors never put milk in coffee, and the reason is surprising

Coffee is the friend that gives us the energy to start each morning. Many people add milk and sweeteners to make this natural energizer more palatable.

However, adding milk to coffee “dilutes” the antioxidants that the beverage preserves immediately after brewing. Black coffee, for example, should be consumed bitter, without honey, sugar, or milk, as the body will benefit from the antioxidants it contains, which are beneficial for a range of health problems.
